The programme is in PDF format (the same as the MWIS weather forcasts, for example). Most browsers will open this automatically using the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (and you can then view or print the programme) if you click on one of the following links.
Programme for January 2009 to April 2009
Programme for April 2009 to June 2009
Programme for July 2009 to September 2009
Programme for October 2009 to January 2010
Programme for January 2010 to April 2010
If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (unlikely), you can download this from the Adobe web site -
In order to save paper (and expense), we are no longer going to distribute paper copies of the programme. Instead, members should download and print their own copies. Please tell Sarah or Ron if this causes a problem for you or someone you know.
In view of the poor turnout of members at recent Programme Planning Meetings, we have decided to try putting a provisional program for the next quarter on the web-site so that members can monitor the development of the new programme from the comfort of their front room and make suggestions for additional walks or requests to change the date of a particular walk . The intention is that the programme will develop over the next few weeks and the Planning Meeting will then just have to dot a few i's and cross a few t's !

This is the information required for suggestions for walks. If in doubt, look at the current walking programme for examples.
You can save this web page as a .HTML file (option under File tab in your browser), then edit it with MS Word or whatever.
Please fill in your preferred date, or use an extra line. Please initial your suggestion in the last column.
Ideally suggestions should be sent to Wesley by email in this table, but otherwise a simple list of suggestions, in whatever format is convenient to you, would be aceptable.
